Charles Bennett

Charles “Chuck” Bennett graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, cum laude in 2014. During law school, Chuck worked for a Dallas-based business litigation and arbitration law firm. In 2014, he was the secretary of the tribunal for the Lance Armstrong v. SCA arbitration in which the largest arbitration sanctions award in U.S. history was levied against Mr. Armstrong.

After law school, Chuck began concentrating on personal injury litigation with Ted B. Lyon & Associates in Mesquite, Texas. He is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern districts of Texas and the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Chuck has tried cases to verdict for civil plaintiffs, criminal defense, and criminal prosecution.

Chuck is the owner of Charles Bennett Law, PLLC in Dallas, Texas and an instructor for the Trojan Horse Method. Through the Trojan Horse Method, Chuck has framed cases and prepared witnesses for a variety of cases around the country
